Payment may be required for holiday bookings 30 days in advance. HOLIDAY BOOKINGS ARE
NON-REFUNDABLE. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the office.
Holiday bookings are any stays that fall over the following
holidays:
- Spring Break (check with office for dates)
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day

- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
- New Year's
We
may
require a $60, non-refundable room deposit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, check) at the
time you make your reservation to hold your reservation. If paying by check or
cash, your deposit can be applied to your final bill. It is only refundable if
you cancel your reservation 7 days or more in advance of your dog’s stay
(holidays excluded).
We
understand that plans sometimes can change and your reservation dates will need
to be extended. Please have the courtesy to telephone or email us if you will
not be picking up on your scheduled date. Please understand that during peak
times we operate at full capacity much of the time and are not able to
accommodate another boarder without knowing when your pets will be leaving. We
welcome stay extensions, with notice.
Please let us know in advance of your change in plans. If a bath is
scheduled, we plan to perform that service on the day of departure so you will
need to let us know the change of departure time or date so that your pet’s bath
can be done earlier. All
early returns without notice will be charged for the full time reserved.
