At The UltiMutt Inn & Pet Resort, we know that you have many choices when selecting a facility for your pet. We take great pride in the amount of training our staff goes through. We are more than just "dog lovers.” Our staff is highly trained in understanding animal behavior, managing play and social groups, recognizing medical issues in pets, how to administer medicines, excellent customer service and so much more. Our clients, both human and pet, have come to trust our standards of care and engagement while they are guests of our facility!
All pets that attend Day Care, Boarding, or any other function held at UltiMutt Inn & Pet Resort are required to have the following vaccinations.
Any dog arriving in our facility must be fully vaccinated / titered and in good health. It is the owner's responsibility to provide us with a copy of the most recent, updated vaccine report from their Veterinarian.
Vaccinations can be uploaded to the online pet profile or emailed to us at info@ultimuttinn.com.
We do everything within our power to make sure your pet is healthy and well cared for while he/she is staying with us. For this to happen, we need your help. For the health of ALL of our boarding guests, please make sure your pet is healthy and in good shape prior to boarding. Be very aware of behavior and/or symptoms your pet may be showing such as:
By being aware of these things, you can help to prevent illnesses from entering our facility and making the overall experience of your pet's stay with us more enjoyable. A dog that may be feeling ill can become greatly compromised when boarding.
By leaving/bringing your dog to The UltiMutt Inn & Pet Resort for any of our services, you are agreeing to our Terms of Services. Please read this agreement as it contains important information about our policies.
All dogs entering the facility are required to be current on all vaccinations (or titered), including Rabies, DHAPP and Kennel Cough. It is the Dog Owner's responsibility to ensure that we have these records on file. Any willful misrepresentation of vaccine coverage will be grounds for immediate removal from our facility.
The UltiMutt Inn & Pet Resort reserves the right to change your dog's type of boarding/ daycare if we believe it is necessary to protect the health and wellbeing of your pet, other pets, or a staff member. Dogs in our group play programs are continually monitored for proper etiquette and continued acceptance in the program is never guaranteed. If a dog is removed from group for any reason, it doesn’t mean they’re a bad dog. It just tells us that they may prefer to play with a select friend or with a human handler. Just like humans, dogs have individual personalities and not all of them enjoy partying…and then some party a little too hard and need extra guidance on controlling their behavior. We enforce a “One-Strike-And-You’re-Out” rule for unprovoked behavior or fighting.
Dog Owner understands the risks involved with communal boarding of dogs. Boarding and daycare dogs play in the yard and inside with other dogs. Although The UltiMutt Inn & Pet Resort will offer utmost care, the unpredictable nature of dogs can sometimes lead to injuries.
Dog Owner understands that The UltiMutt Inn & Pet Resort's liability, of any circumstance related to the dog, will not exceed the current value of a pet of the same breed as the one in our care. The UltiMutt Inn & Pet Resort will do everything possible to ensure a safe environment for every dog while staying with here.
Should your dog require medical attention, Dog Owner will be notified and the dog will be treated at the Dog Owner's discretion. If an emergency should arise, then The UltiMutt Inn & Pet Resort will take immediate steps to have the dog treated by a licensed veterinarian. By leaving your pet here, you authorize The UltiMutt Inn & Pet Resort to provide treatment for your pet on your behalf to a veterinarian chosen by The UltiMutt Inn staff. All expenses related to the dog will be the responsibility of the Dog Owner.
All animals must be on a flea/tick preventative upon entering the facility. If the dog is found to have fleas, he/she will be treated at the Dog Owner’s expense.
Dog Owner understands that dog nails must be kept trimmed, for the safety of other dogs and The UltiMutt Inn staff. If nails are found to be unreasonably long or sharp, nails will be trimmed and charged to the owner.
We strongly encourage Dog Owners to bring food that the pet is currently on. This will prevent a change in diet and the possible upset stomach and digestive system fallout that is common when switching foods. In the event the owner has not provided an ample amount of food, The UltiMutt Inn & Pet Resort will provide house food. To avoid an additional cost, we encourage all Dog Owners to per-portion and individually packed kibble meals (in Ziploc baggies). Otherwise, there will be a per meal bagging fee for owner provided bulk kibble.
Dog Owner understands that reservations are required for all of our services. Many days we are at maximum capacity and will turn away dogs who show up without a prior reservation. Booking requests can be made through our online reservation system www.ultimuttinn.com

For boarding reservations, we suggest making reservations as early as possible to ensure a room. We do intentionally keep our maximum guest occupancy low. Accepting a limited number of dogs allows us to ensure that everyone staying with us receives individual attention and top-notch care.
We require a 50% non-refundable booking retainer to secure your boarding reservation. The UltiMutt Inn & Pet Resort will reserve the dates and times agreed upon and not take any other reservations for the room held via retainer, or accept any other clients for this room on the reserved dates. For this reason, in the event of cancellation for any reason, all monies paid shall be retained by The UltiMutt Inn & Pet Resort to offset its loss of business. We cannot offer credits for shortened stays as others have been declined for the room that was reserved for your dog. The remaining reservation balance must be paid in full upon pick up.
The 50% booking retainer will be charged upon the confirmation of your reservation request.
We understand that things happen, plans change and cancellation may be unavoidable. If you cancel during non-peak dates, your retainer (minus a cancellation fee of 1-night stay/dog) may be applied as a credit towards a future booking IF: 1.) the cancellation is 30-days prior to your reservation, and 2.) we are able to fill the room that was being held for your dog(s). All credits terminate at the end of the calendar year.
If you cancel during Peak Season Dates, you will be responsible for 100% of fees paid for full reservation.
Dogs who arrive later or depart earlier from their booked stay at The UltiMutt Inn & Pet Resort will be charged for the entire booking, including the unused accommodation.
Any extensions to the booking will be paid at the time of pick-up.
The UltiMutt Inn & Pet Resort is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies or schedule changes.
We are often full and feel it is only fair to let us know if your dog will not attend. If your dog is unable to come for a scheduled daycare visit, we ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance so that another dog is able to take that spot. Repeated cancellations may result in denial of services.
For the safety of our guests, please follow the following lobby rules.
We provide thick, luxurious bedding, so it not necessary to bring any from home. We are not responsible for chewed up personal belongings.
