Lodging prices are based on a per night basis. As with a human hotel, The UltiMutt Inn has set check-in (PM hours) and check-out times (AM hours). If you wish to adjust these times and arrive early or pick up late, there is a small fee on each end to cover room accommodations and play time.

Reservations are required for all services at The UltiMutt Inn. All fees must be paid upon check-out. Payments can be made through our online reservation portal, personal checks and cash. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and debit cards (service fee applies).
Discounts are available for stays of two weeks or longer ($1.00 off per day) and four weeks or longer ($2.00 off per day). Call or email us for questions regarding our reservation policies.
We suggest that all boarding reservations be made through our online system. This will better help us to manage deposits, cancellations, etc. in a more efficient way.
If our policies are not agreeable or not acceptable in your given situation, we would rather you utilize another facility than upset our guests' carefully controlled routine. The UltiMutt Inn & Pet Resort's prices, policies, and hours are not negotiable. The UltiMutt Inn & Pet Resort reserves the right to refuse any dog or service at any time.

Holidays
The Ultimutt Inn & Pet Resort will have limited hours for the following holidays. Our staff will be on-site taking great care of your pet, but the office will have special hours.

Peak Season Rates
During times of higher occupancy, there will be a $6.00/night per pet price adjustment so that we can continue providing our high level of service to our guests. The following peak and holiday season rates will apply:
- Easter Week
- Spring Break
- Memorial Day Weekend
- Labor Day Weekend
- Thanksgiving Day Week
- Christmas / New Years (December 15 - January 3)
- Summer Months (June - August)
